Introducing The Murmuration Collective’s Virtual Career and Leadership Coaching Cohorts – Launching March 6th!
Our Virtual Career and Leadership Coaching Cohorts bring together a curated group of creative-minded leaders from agencies and in-house consumer brand companies for a 6-week guided curriculum experience blending peer learning, collaboration, and individualized coaching.
Through confidential, industry-relevant collaboration and connection, we’ll explore what truly serves each of us, building actionable growth plans and the confidence to create what’s next in our careers.
This program blends the cohort community model from our signature Immersives with our career coaching expertise in an accessible, virtual format. We will meet 1x a week, with self guided exploration and tools for implementation in between each session.

Cohort Target Audience: Female leaders with 10-15 years of experience within advertising and in-house consumer brand companies.
Cohort #1 Dates: March 6, 13, 20, 27 and April 3, 10.
Time: 8:00 am PT, 9 am MT, 10 am CT, 11:00 am ET, 4 pm GMT
Duration: 60-minutes

Many female leaders lack a trusted community of like-minded women navigating similar industry and career realities—women they can turn to without fear of competition, confidentiality breaches, or professional risk.
That’s why our Virtual Career and Leadership Coaching Cohorts are intentionally designed to foster honest, supportive collaboration. We will try to ensure no more than one participant per agency or corporation, creating a space where you can share openly, seek advice, and receive peer coaching without hesitation.
Each session includes a 30-minute opportunity for sharing, feedback, and peer support, following a structured career coaching exercise.
