Each Immersive is led by a team of TMC’s certified coaches and uses our signature, research-backed curriculum.

The Spain Immersive unfolds amidst the serene landscapes of Trujillo, at the enchanting Viña del Cura estate, otherwise known as Casa de Gracia (Gracia’s House). Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and lush meadows, it provides a tranquil setting for deep reflection and personal growth.

We highly recommend our guests arrive a day early and spend a night in Madrid before continuing to the Immersive the following day. Please find more information about arriving early in the drop-down below.

By plane: To get to Trujillo, Spain, you would typically fly into Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport (MAD), which is the nearest major international airport.

You can also fly to Seville or Lisbon although shuttle service will not be provided from these locations.

Shuttle Service Included From/To Madrid: TMC and En Casa de Gracia have organized a Madrid shuttle service to and from our Immersive on Sunday, from Madrid to Trujillo, plus a return to Madrid on Friday. We plan to pick up from one of the hotels recommended on our website (located near each other) and possibly from the airport. For the return to Madrid, we will have one drop-off at the airport and one in Madrid Central.

When we set the shuttle times, we will try to accommodate all participants' travel needs. All orgaized shuttle times and pickup/drop off locations will be communicated to you in our onboarding communications closer to your Immersive start date. If you must travel back from/to Madrid outside of our set shuttle times, you will need to take the bus or arrange a private car, and En Casa de Gracia can assist you with these options. We highly encourage our guests to arrive in Madrid on Saturday before we start on Sunday, stay at one of our recommended historic hotels in the center of Madrid, and then take one of the two pre-arranged shuttles to Casa de Gracia on Sunday, which will arrive mid-afternoon. Exact pickup location and time to be shared closer to the date. We also offer the shuttle back to Madrid on Friday, arriving mid-afternoon for late-afternoon flights out of Madrid. Shuttle transfer fees per person per trip to follow.

Check-in begins between Noon-3:30 pm on the first day of the Immersive, with activities kicking off at 4 pm. Participants can schedule their departure based on their travel plans anytime the morning or afternoon of check-out day.

After the Immersive, participants benefit from continued support through our TMC follow-up resources, such as six curricular-designed monthly cohort calls, coaching opportunities, community forums, and a tight-knit network of women, ensuring that the transformational journey extends beyond the retreat.

Participants should pack comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, including yoga sessions and nature excursions. Additionally, essentials such as toiletries, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle are recommended. We will share a full suggested packing list one month prior to departure.

Yes, we accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and meat-free options. Our catering team ensures that meals are delicious, nutritious, and inclusive for all participants.

Yes, participants have the opportunity to schedule 1:1 coaching sessions with experienced coaches during the Immersive, providing personalized support and guidance tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Many employers recognize the value of professional development opportunities like our Immersive retreats and may offer reimbursement or sponsorship. We know that life happens. All retreat bookings are refundable up to two months before your retreat, with the exception of your $1000 USD non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. If you’re unable to attend your Murmuration Immersive Retreat and it is within two months of your retreat, your payment can be redirected to another retreat, assuming that:

(A) We have space in a later date, and

(B) We’re able to fill the spot that you’ve canceled.

* TMC reserves the right to cancel any retreat if full occupancy (8 participants) is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. A decision will be made 4 weeks before the Immersive start date.

To ensure the Immersive experience is the right fit, every participant will have a 1:1 onboarding call with TMC. If we determine during this call that the Immersive is not the best opportunity for you at this time, we will issue a full refund (minus any applicable credit card service fees).

While travel insurance is not required, it is recommended to protect your investment and provide coverage for unexpected circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
